Children’s performer Wendy Bennett will delight the children with a mix up of Dr. Suess and some Brothers Grimm and a dollop of Maurice Sendak and see what you get? A musical treat to encourage reading while watching Wendy create delightful vocal vignettes. Wendy might need a volunteer or two!

Meet Itty Bitty Betty, a honey of a bee who tells swarming stories and collects gossip and “beeziness” about Georgia’s state insect. Ideal for ages preK – 2 grade.

Musical Performer Scott Douglas will captivate his young audience with his musical instruments made from plant materials from around the world! Watch as Scott performs on his wide range of unique instruments and engages his audience to come and play music with him!

Tails? Tails? Oops! We mean Frog Tales. Music, songs, jokes, drawings and stories about frogs that will keep everyone hopping! Mrs. Twiggy Winkle and all her frog friends welcome all friends of frogs to come and enjoy 45 minutes of frog fun.

Rosie and the Butterfly

Using puppets, costumes, backdrop and narratives, Rosie reads to the audience about the parallel early life of Rosalynn Smith Carter and the life of monarch butterflies. The journey of the monarch butterfly and one of Georgia’s first ladies lives intertwine in their journey on the butterfly trail!
